Original data of user-uploaded content (for storage and scheduled posting features)
Statistical information such as views, impressions, and engagement
Channel/page settings information
API authentication tokens and other authentication-related information

The Company does not collect advertising account (Ads) related data.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

Providing functionality to upload or schedule content to external platforms
Providing content storage, reuse, and template management features
Improving service quality through statistical analysis and reporting
Account management, customer inquiry handling, and delivering announcements
Maintaining API integration, error analysis, and ensuring service stability
Compliance with relevant laws and external platform policies

The Company does not use personal information for purposes other than those stated above and will obtain prior consent if purposes change.

AWS acts as a Data Processor and processes data only according to our instructions. AWS does not have independent access to or rights to use user data.

4.3 No Third-Party Sharing

Except as stated above, the Company does NOT:

Sell, rent, or provide user data to any third party
Share user data with advertisers or data brokers
Use user data for targeted advertising purposes
Disclose user data to third parties for their own marketing purposes

We may disclose user data only when required by law, such as in response to court orders or applicable legal requirements.

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

1) Retention Period

Registration information: Retained until user deletes account or withdraws membership
External platform integration info and API tokens: Retained during integration period
Original content and metadata: Retained until user deletes or terminates account
Retained for required period if mandated by relevant laws

2) Destruction Procedure and Method

Personal information is destroyed without delay when the retention period expires or processing purpose is achieved
When a user deletes their account or revokes API permissions, related data is destroyed immediately or after the period prescribed by relevant laws
Electronic file information is deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible

6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users can exercise the following rights at any time:

Request to view, modify, or delete their personal information
Revoke external platform API permissions
Request to delete service account and terminate service use
Request to download or transfer personal information within possible scope

The Company will take action without delay within the period prescribed by relevant laws when there is a legitimate request.

7. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Company may use cookies for maintaining service login, storing user preferences, and analyzing service usage statistics
