LinkFarm Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WCI Inc. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of LinkFarm (hereinafter "Service").

2. Definition of Service

The Company provides the following features using official APIs of external platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube:

• Upload and scheduled posting of content (posts, videos, etc.)
• Integration and management of platform accounts and channels/pages
• Statistics retrieval and analysis for posts and channels/pages
• Content storage, reuse, and template management features
• Comment and reaction monitoring features (where supported)

The Company does not provide advertising account (Ads) management features.

Some or all features of the Service may be changed or restricted due to policy changes or API changes/discontinuation by external platforms.

3. Accounts and External Platform Integration

1. Users may need to integrate their external platform accounts with the Service to use it. In this process, users must comply with each platform's API terms of use, developer policies, and community guidelines.
2. The Company accesses account data only upon the user's explicit request or within the scope permitted by external platform APIs.
3. The Company does not arbitrarily post, modify, or delete content on users' accounts without their consent.
4. Users can revoke API access permissions at any time through each platform or Service settings.

4. Company Obligations

1. The Company complies with Korean laws and the developer policies and terms of use of each external platform.
2. The Company does not engage in the following activities:
   • Unauthorized data collection (unofficial APIs, scraping, etc.)
   • Automated bulk actions that violate external platform policies
   • Arbitrary modification, deletion, or posting of content without user's explicit request
3. The Company takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information and service data.

5. User Obligations

1. Users must comply with Korean laws and each external platform's policies when using the Service.
2. Users may not engage in the following activities:
   • Uploading content or activities that violate platform policies
   • Infringing on others' rights such as copyrights, portrait rights, and trademarks
   • Posting illegal, violent, sexual, hateful, discriminatory, or false information content
   • Automated bulk posting that may be mistaken for spam, phishing, or fraud
3. All responsibility for violations by users lies with the users themselves, and the Company is not responsible for such violations.
4. The Company may take measures such as service restriction, content blocking, or account termination without prior notice if violations are confirmed.

6. Content Processing and Ownership

1. The copyright of all content created or uploaded by users within the Service belongs in principle to the respective users.
2. The Company stores and processes user content only to the extent necessary for service provision (scheduled posting, storage, template features, etc.).
3. The Company does not sell, transfer, or use user content for business or marketing purposes to third parties without separate user consent.

7. Service Changes and Discontinuation

1. The Company may change or discontinue service content due to system maintenance, upgrades, or external platform API changes for stable service provision.
2. When possible, the Company will notify changes or discontinuation in advance through service announcements or email.
3. The Company may not be liable for damages caused by function restrictions or discontinuation due to policy or technical changes by external platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by the following reasons:
   • Policy changes, API failures, or service discontinuation by external platforms (API providers)
   • User negligence in account information management, configuration errors, password leakage, or other user-attributable causes
   • Force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
2. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of services provided free of charge.

9. Amendment of Terms

1. The Company may amend these Terms for changes in relevant laws or service improvements.
2. When amending the Terms, the Company will notify the amended content and effective date in advance through service announcements or email.
3. If a user does not explicitly express objection and continues to use the Service until the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in case of disputes between the Company and users regarding service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
